Physical Therapy After A Fall

There are many reasons that our patients come to us for physical therapy.  Many come due to a sports injuries, neurological conditions, and post surgery physical therapy.  Right up there at the top of the list is injuries sustained as a result of a fall.  When it comes to falls, age, gender, or activity level all do not matter.  Falls can really cause a lot of damage to the human body.  Luckily, physical therapy can easily help you get back!

With Lyn, she chose to immediately come to physical therapy after experiencing arm and shoulder problems due to a fall.  With pain and tingling sensations being an everyday thing, she knew that she needed to to get in to physical therapy if she wanted to get back to a pain-free life.  We are so happy that say that she is pain-free and back to her normal life and then some!

“I came to physical therapy because of left shoulder and arm pain with tingling of 2 fingers after a fall. I was unable to fully move my left arm to wash & brush my hair. I was also in pain that I was not able to sleep well at night. It was hard to work as I cannot talk on the phone and write at the same time. Cooking was also an issue.
I can now move my left arm without difficulties. I am able to sleep perfectly fine at night, and now I am back to doing things that I used to do!
I highly recommend this facility. The staff are SO accommodating, respectful & very sweet. They’re very professional and really know their stuff.”
