National Physical Fitness and Sports Month

As Physical Therapists, it’s one of our favorite months of the year!  Every day in our Elizabeth and Jersey City Physical Therapy clinics, we constantly try to teach our patients about the obvious physical benefits of staying fit.  From back pain to foot pain, neck pain, and everything in between, staying physically fit and active is consistently being proven more and more as THE way to go in order to stay healthy.

And now, we have a whole month to promote our favorite activity: EXERCISE!
