All Staff Will Be In Full PPE To Ensure A Safe PT Environment

Effective immediately, all Complete Physical Rehabilitation staff members will be wearing PPE during treatment hours, including gloves, KN95 face masks, face shields, and protective gowns.   Disinfection and cleaning of all treatment areas and therapeutic equipment has been significantly increased clinic-wide, and new social distancing guidelines are implemented by all staff during PT visits.

In addition to what our staff will be doing, we are implementing the following guidelines for patients:

1.       First and foremost, for the safety of all within our facility, if you feel sick, please stay at home.  We will help you reschedule your appointment for a better time.

2.       Face coverings or masks are to be worn in our facility at all times by everyone entering the clinic, including those in the waiting area.  There are no exceptions; those without face coverings or masks will not be allowed in our facility.  FREE face masks are available at the front desk for all patients that have current appointments scheduled, 1 per patient.

3.       All patients will be temperature screened by front office staff upon entering the clinic.

4.       We strongly recommend that you practice proper handwashing procedures prior to entering and while in the facility (see instructions posted in-clinic). Each facility building has a hallway bathroom on the same floor in addition to sinks inside the facility that can be used for handwashing (with staff guidance).

5.       Promptness – Appointment times have been modified to maintain social distancing within our facility and eliminate excessive waiting room usage.

Please be on time as lateness will possibly reduce your overall treatment time.  If you arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment,  please remain in your car in the parking lot, in the building hallway/lobby areas, or outside of the building until it is closer to your scheduled appointment time before entering our facility.  If you would like to request if it is possible to be seen earlier than your scheduled appointment time, please do not do so in person.  Call your respective clinic and we will guide you further.

6.       Waiting room usage is limited to patients only.  If you require assistance to and from appointments (family member, home aide, friend, etc.), we ask that the assistant wait in the car in the parking lot, in the building hallway/lobby areas, or outside the building.  Once you have completed your appointment, our staff will call the assistant to enter our facility and help with departure.

7.       For new and returning patients, prior to your first appointment, our front office administrators will be conducting phone screenings to determine if care can be delivered.  Patients are required to inform our staff if they have travelled out of state or out of country within the last 14 days.

Our staff has been trained on distancing guidelines, but, as this is new territory for everyone, we are also asking for your help in maintaining a distance of 6 feet from others while you are a guest in our facility unless absolutely necessary for treatment purposes.

We ask for your patience and understanding as we roll out our new physical therapy safety rules & guidelines.  We know that by working as a team, we can continue to move forward and provide the same top-quality physical therapy service that we have been known for over the past 16+ years.
