As running specialist Physical Therapists, it's no secret that we always look forward to National Running Day. In our clinics, we see running as a great, effective way for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes, to keep fit and get in exercise.
So to celebrate, we're taking National Running Day and turning it into a month long celebration in the clinic! Every workday, we'll be posting video on our Instagram of a staff member that's "getting their run on" in the office. Even though we're stuck in our office, that's no reason to not be able to get in a run!
We know running can seem intimidating, but we're here to tell you it's not! It doesn't matter how fast your run or how far your run. Just get out there and start running. You'll feel the difference in your life, even with as little as 15 minutes a day with a moderate jog.
So get out there. No excuses!
