Dr. Pumarada is the co-owner of Complete Physical Rehabilitation. After beginning his career in at Genesis Elder Care, Dr. Pumarada took a therapist position at a NovaCare Hudson Physical Therapy clinic in Bayonne , NJ (now Kessler Rehabilitation). After only 2 months, he earned the distinction of becoming the youngest person in the history of NovaCare Hudson Physical Therapy to be promoted to the Center Manager position ( Bayonne ). During his tenure as Center Manager, Dr. Pumarada was responsible for handling all clinical activities while also training all newly hired physical therapists throughout the company. Dr. Pumarada holds a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from College Misericordia in Dallas , Pa. and a Physical Therapy Doctorate Degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. He is also Sports Therapy Certified by St. Augustine, the NSCA as a strength & conditioning specialist, and is fluent in Spanish and Tagalog.

Dr. Koshy is the co-owner of Complete Physical Rehabilitation along with Dr. Pumarada, with whom she worked with at a NovaCare Hudson Physical Therapy clinic in Bayonne , NJ (now Kessler Rehabilitation).  After being promoted to the Center Manager position at a NovaCare Clinic in Fairlawn , NJ ,  she transformed the clinic into one of the top performing NovaCare clinics in Northern NJ . During this time, she also worked as a per diem physical therapist for a number of facilities, most notably Kessler Rehab in Montvale , NJ . In addition, she has volunteered her time presenting research projects at the annual American Physical Therapy Association Conference in Morristown , NJ and the Annual Physical Therapy Conference in Anaheim , Ca.  Dr. Koshy holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree and a Physical Therapy Doctorate degree from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She is also McKenzie certified as a back/spine specialist and is certified by the NSCA as a strength & conditioning specialist.

Mr. Humberto Colmenares joined Complete Physical Rehabilitation as a co-owner in 2007.  Mr. Colmenares brings with him over 20 years of extensive physical therapy experience, particularly in the areas of orthopedic physical therapy, post-op physical therapy, and geriatric homecare physical therapy. After beginning his career with St. Francis Hospital & St. Mary’s Hospital, Mr. Colmenares worked for NovaCare Hudson Physical Therapy (presently known as Kessler Rehabilitation), where he served as Regional Director of Hudson County, then as Director of Training & Human Resources Liaison for all 38 clinics in New Jersey. During this time he also treated patients for Broadway Sports Rehabilitation in Bayonne and as a homecare physical therapist for Liberty Home Care and the Bayonne visiting Nurse Association.  Mr. Colmenares then moved on to serve as the Director of Physical Therapy for Garden State Orthopedics Physical Therapy.  Mr. Colmenares is also fluent in Tagalog and Spanish.
